CO ED BOOTCAMP

Drop 10 bootcamp is a challenging program that challenges all of the bodies energy systems by blasting you through 10 challenging exercises. The one hour class consists of a warm up, 10 challenging exercises that last 1.5min each, Tabata challenge and cool down and stretch. MANCAMP

A weekly workout geared towards building strength through explosive lifts and plyometrics. Founded in 1999 in Logan Utah by Coach Lawrence Ringwald, Coach Justin Alian, Coach Bruce McCannel and Coach Johnno Lazetich, MAN CAMP is one of the original cross training classes around. This class combines movements and training patterns from the jumps, sprints, throws, and sport specific movements from hockey, soccer, football, and basketball. Not to be confused with Cross Fit, MAN CAMP emphasizes form and function over volume and is designed to help not hurt.

RUNNING CLINIC
